FOOD POISONING FROM MCNUGGETS & MCCHICKEN SANDWICH - mcchicken sandwich


My daughter and I had recently encountered food poisoning "Samonnella" from McDonald eating their mcNuggets and mcChicken sandwich last Thursday, Feb 26th, 2015. I ordered a mcNugget "Happy Meal" for my daughter and I ordered just the mcChicken sandwich. The next morning at 4am in the morning on Friday, my daughter vomitted everywhere on the bed, on the floor, & in the bathroom. At first I thought she overate herself and the food didn't settle properly. All Friday at daycare, she continued to vomit and have diaherra throughout the day. I had to rush to the babysitter to pick her up. On Saturday morning her condition didn't get any better, but gotten worst she continued to vomit and have diaherra every 5 mins and she looked dehydrated. She looked pale and weak. I also, started to develop both vomiting and diaherra myself. I immediately took her to the walk-in-clinic that morning. I discovered that we both have "salmonella" poisoning from the doctor diagnosis and observation of us. On Monday, we didn't feel any better and I took a day off to care for my poor sick daughter and myself. On Tuesday I went to work, I decided to raise a complaint with McDonald's Head Office to let them know the "salmonella" food poisoning we both encountered. I spoke with a rep at the McDonald head office, she took my detail complaint and was apologetic. She said that someone from corporate will call me back within 3- 5 business days. Are you kidding me??? My daughter's life and mine is a 3-5 business days follow up?? I was very disgusted and furious with that statement. The girl then asked me "was there anything else I can do?" Yes there's something you can, pass this message to the corporate complaint manager that he/she better "hope and pray" that my daughter and I don't end up in the hospital, otherwise this will not end here. I will go above and beyond to get a call back and this issue dealt with. I still yet to receive a phone call back from the corporate complaint mgr. WHERE IS THE HUMAN COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM HERE from a multi-millions or billions corporate???? None Whatsoever!!!
